Banquet Information

The deadline to turn in your Marching Band banquet ticket forms is approaching fast. It must be turned in by end of day on Friday, Nov. 6th. We have to give our caterer an accurate head count about a week before the event. Please, make sure your money and forms are in before the end of the day on Friday!  Additionally, please note that the cost per ticket has increased to $14 this year, due to an increase in food costs. For more information, CLICK HERE!

The banquet has three parts: dinner, presentation and activities (the latter is for students and chaperones only). Volunteers will help with setup, organization, serving and cleanup. The activities portion has chaperones present while students enjoy activities in various parts of the school. Note: if you sign up to help serve and/or take tickets, you WILL have time to sit & eat.
