Marching Band Registration

Marching Band Registration is coming up - Weds., April 26. For new marchers & incoming freshmen only, there will be a short informational meeting in the auditorium with Mrs. H, starting at 7p. Returning marchers, we'd like you to come in at scheduled times to turn in your forms and payment: seniors, 645pm; juniors, 7pm; sophomores, 715pm. Forms can be found on Charms! (Go to www.charmsoffice.com, log in as parent/student/member, enter our school code of WLNMusic; on that page, there should be a folder labeled 'Handouts & Files' - click on that, and then on 2017 Marching Band to get those forms!) We are still waiting on dates for Festival, etc., so the permission slip has not yet been uploaded. We'll let you know when that's ready. Be sure to read the Welcome to Marching Band form - it has information on Charms, payments (dates, amounts, etc.) and more. If you have questions, check the forms first - you may find your answers there! Physicals MUST be dated after 4/15/17 - we need them no later than 7/15/17, please. We're still waiting to hear about sports physicals at WLN.
