We need some volunteers to help load and unload our precious pit cargo. If you can help out, please sign up on our Sign-Up Genius. Here are some of the details: We're asking for Pit Crew members to be at WLC at 5:00 p.m. (Same time as the Band.) We will unload the trailer and help our Pit musicians with their instrument placement before their performance, then load the trailer for transport back to WLN that evening.

Saturday's Pit Crew Schedule:

• Load the Trailer @3:30 p.m.
• Band/Pit Crew Arrival to WLC @5:00 p.m.
• Band Performs @7:45 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.
• Pit equipment will need to be brought to the trailer after the performance & loaded @8:30 p.m.
