Time to Check Your Charms Updates!

The band reps have spent many hours reviewing all the marching band forms turned in as of the end of the school day, Thursday, May 22, 2014 and all complete forms have been checked into Charms. Now we need a few minutes of your time. We need you to log into your students Charms account and do five things:
 
1) First, please click on the Forms Collected button and verify that we have checked off all the forms that you have turned into us. If you turned in the form, but it was missing information, you should have received a phone call or email from one of the band reps. If you don’t see your form has been collected and you have not received a call or email, please contact Mary Kotnik at mkotnik@comcast.net
 
2) Second, please click on the Update Info button and confirm that you see Marching Band SY 2014-15 listed under Other Groups. If this is not on your student’s info page then we do not know that they plan to be part of the 2014-15 marching band. Again, please contact Mary Kotnik at mkotnik@comcast.net if there is a problem.
 
3) Third, while on your student’s information page, check the Allergies , Dietary Needs , Health Notes , and Misc. Notes fields. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE TAKE A FEW MOMENTS TO COMPLETE THESES FIELDS. If you have nothing to report in any or all of these fields, please put N/A so that we know the field is up to date. We need to provide this vital information to the people preparing food and the medical personal at both the Home and Away Camps.
 
4) Fourth, make sure we have a name, phone number and email address for at least one parent or guardian for your student. This will allow us to email you important information and most importantly call you if something happens to your student.
 
5) Finally, please click on the Soldier button next to your student’s name. It would be great if you could complete all requested information, but at a minimum,please provide us with your student’s current T-Shirt size.
 
We know this is a busy time of year, but please make this a priority so the band reps can move forward in preparations for the best and safest marching band season yet.
