Volunteer Opportunities

We have several families who graduate at the end of this coming school year. We need people to step up and learn the ropes of helping to run this program for positions being vacated.

  • We need parents who are willing to team up and work together to feed our marching band during home camp, and before games, as well as occasional special events through the year.
  • We need a parent or two to step up and learn the ins and outs of concert uniform management and distribution. This is largely a job that has two busy times - beginning of the school year & end of the school year.
  • We need a parent who's willing to learn how to run our Scrip program. The Scrip program is largely run at home, on your time. There is a weekly time commitment when you need to be up at the school for distributions. This is the only fundraising that allows for individual fundraising and we'd hate to lose it because we have no one to run it.

As long as the current people are available, we can train you! Please, consider helping out! These programs don't run without parent involvement. Parents of incoming freshmen, this is a great way to get involved and be involved for the duration of your child's music program experience! If you're interested in helping out in any way, please either send an email to Beth Stockdale, bstockdale812@comcast.net, or come on out to the Booster meeting. We'd all be happy to chat with you about helping out.
